Copyright Infringement!

I was contacted by a model I work with on a regular basis this afternoon; who is also on DA. Apparently a person downloaded a photograph of her off of her DA page, a picture of her that I shot with my copyright on it . They then did a photo manipulation on it! He then asked her permission to post it, after he had already removed my name and did his manipulation. No credit was given to either one of us.

That is theft and absolute BS! I don't care if they are asking permission after the fact!

What the hell is the matter with people! Absolutely no more photomanips allowed except for my friend Kat!

That happend to me...someone I didnt know passed my stock around and it got used with out my credit..

I think you may get the model but the photo I took came from a sitting last year. He has apologized and he said he deleted the file.... 2 days to Hailey
